Survey Preparation

Preparing for survey can be a daunting task.  It is best to approach this proactively by reviewing past surveys, conducting chart audits, comparing facility operations to the Long-Term Care Survey Guide, ensuring Policies & Procedures are in place, conducting staff education as to these Policies & Procedures and creating a system of internal compliance with federal and state regulations.  Clinical Resource Services can assist with all of these items.  Lisa Jenkins, the President of Clinical Resource Services, is certified in Healthcare Compliance and has worked in several “Gold Seal” facilities and can provide the expertise necessary to facilitate the survey process.
